RULES:
.:01:.
Depending on the picture I will revise it a certain number of times. But for a Chibi that number may be two,BUT after I show you the sketch if you DO NOT SAY anything I WILL NOT CHANGE IT AFTERWARDS. Redoing lineart/coloring is a PAIN IN THE BUTT D':
.:02:.
Do not keep asking me when your commission will be finished. I have to worry about school life and even on breaks I'm probably working. Sometimes I pump out stuff in a week sometimes it'll take me MONTHS(mainly because of school mind you)
.:03:.
Please just note me if you have questions about commissions. If you feel like discussing it, I have Skype, MSN and AIM and I am very willing to talk to you there.
.:04:.
You must note me the filled out the order form or I will not start your commission. AT ALL. NEVER. UNTIL YOU FILL THE NEW FORM. Also make sure the Title is "COMMISSION".
.:05:.
If you want more than one person in the picture, copy and fill out the necessary parts of the form. PLEASE send it in the same note though.
.:06:.
If you have something in mind such as poses or layout please let me know or else I will go with something I think will suit the characters.
.:07:.
No scamming me please.
.:08:.
If you are making more than one order please still put all forms in the same note. Separate them with a line of dashes or something. That way it's easier for me to keep track of such things until I can get myself a peg board or something.
.:09:.
If you plan to Mail me the money I am not responsible if it does not reach me. The Mail people do not send us our mail often so PLEASE put a return address on it. I just started commissions recently and I've already had someone's money get lost in the mail.
.:10:.
I do indeed have a long term payment plan. If you dont have enough money now you can send me small payments one at a time especially if you would like to buy a bulk order. It doesnt cost more. WHY WOULD IT? I actually WANT your business xD Please note me for more information.
.:11:.
Once you have sent me the money and I have started coloring your piece a refund will not be given. By then I would have already probably put aside a lot of things to do that piece so sorry: no go.
PROCEDUREand other ordering info:
UPDATED: NOV 14 2008.FIRST.You send me your order form(s) by note or email. If you email me your order form please include your DA name is you have one or a nickname for me to put in the submission title.
.SECOND.I will then start to draw a your sketch sketch. My 'sketches' are 98% of the time as neat as a lineart cept for maybe some colorful lines left over from my base sketches.
.THIRD.I will then kindly email you a smaller watermarked version of the sketch seeing as I dont need people having my sketches lying around their hard drives. You can blame some people I once knew for that.
.FOURTH.Any revisions will be done at this point.
.FIFTH. Once we reach a sketch you like, I will give you my quote.
If your character has VERY intricate clothing/pose/background/extras it WILL COST MORE it's YOUR turn now~. I will now NOT continue your commission until I have received the payment in FULL.
.SIXTH.I'll send you water marked WIP shots along the way. Lineart> Flat Colors> Eye Detail> Any detail on clothing
.SEVENTH.Once I am finished coloring the character(s) I will then ask you if there are any
SMALL changes to be made.
.EIGHTH.After I've finished with your commission, I will send you a high-resolution (300 d.p.i) copy of it via e-mail. If I decide to post it on DA, I will put a watermark on it.

CHIBI COMMISSIONS 1/10NORMAL COMMISSIONS 2/10FAQ
01. Why are you selling commissions?I need the money for personal expenses-- Food, school supplies, OTHER living costs.
02. How often will you be open for commissions?I'm ALWAYS open for commissions. Even if my commission list is full I take reservations. LIKE A SWANKY RESTAURANT
03. What do you use to do your commissions-Sketch
---Various Prismacolor COL-ERASE Pencils
---0.5mm/0.3mm mechanical Pencil
-Lineart
--Tradtional
----Various Sakura Microns
--Digital
----Wacom Intuous3 6x8
----Paint Tool SAI
-Color
--Traditonal
----CRAYOLA mutha fawking Crayola coloring pencils (SET OF 50)
----MAYBE some COPIC but I only has 4 =A=
--Digital
----Wacon Intuous3 6x8
----Paint Tool SAI
04. What exactly do I get?You will get a 300dpi (will be around 2400x3300px )sent to the email account you specified with the order. Also the BEST F***ING ART I CAN PUMP OUT >D
05. Why do you insist that we, your clients, fill up the order form?I need all the information required there. Also I may have a technical 'business' by running this but I don't have a secretary NOR am I very good at keeping track of things. If you do not use the order form it will take me THAT much longer to get your commission to you
06. Can I get more than one commission?Yes. Once you gain a slot in my line-up, you're free to get as many commissions as you want. You don't have to pay for all of them upfront. The same procedure applies here: I show you the WIP sketch, and you pay the full amount for that drawing only when I give you the quote.
07. Why are your prices so 'high'?First of all they're not. I based my prices off of one of my friend's whose art isn't actually as good as mine so if you think about it you're getting a huge discount. Also. I need money to eat. Also feel free to blame PayPal for stealing me monies whenever I receive a transaction. )<
08. Can I get a print of it?Yes. ONLY if you pay me to get it printed and pay for shipping costs though. OR if you want to take the image and get it printed yourself but PLEASE don't try to sell my commission as a poster and make money off of it. THAT would make me a sad persons.
09. Once I send you my money is there any way I can get my money back? No. Sorry. I cant have people scamming me >>; If you make the conscious decision to pay me for a commission I probably already spent the money on food or life.
10. Do you give out freebies? Not really. If you are a TRULY loyal customer (like more than 3 commissions) I will give you discounts on bigger commissions like if you want something like a poster with like a bunch of people in it then you'll probably get a really good discount. I also give real life discounts. Mainly to friends though.
11. Why do you refuse deadlines in your commissions?Well actually I do sometimes. BUT if it's a MONTH deadline or more then I might actually. I'm a college student guys. I barely have a life of my own and believe it or not I love drawing stuff for myself as well so please don't try to rush me. I DONT WORK GOOD UNDER PRESSURES.
12. Are your prices negotiable?Once again. It depends. If you have JUST watched me and I have NO idea who you are and also if you don't have reference for your characters. prices will NOT be negotiable. I already have to go through the brain process of making your character and that's asking a lot from me D':
13. Can I use the image I commissioned for graphics, like website/journal layouts, icons, signatures and such?Yes. Since you've already paid for the drawing, you're free to show it off-- as long as you don't take credit for drawing it, of course. Also, it would be nice if you let me know about it, so I would know.
14. Can I use the image for prints, products or other means that will generate a profit? No. Nope. Nuh-UH. want me to say it in SPANISH??? FOR THE LOVE OF GOD 'NO'. I dont want me to go through the loving yet painstaking process of drawing your commission and then you decide to make 100 times what you paid me off of that. )<
15. Can I promote you to my other friends?YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO

If homosexuality is a disease, then we should all call in gay to work. "Nope, sorry, can't come in today- still queer."

Everything we do in life is a cry for attention, no matter what, we just want to be noticed. So my conclusion? We're all attention whores.
